Yin Yoga - Child’s Pose
Yin Yoga is a type of yoga that helps you get deeper into the postures and your being. Grounded poses are held for anywhere from 3 - 10 minutes so that you can fully explore your breath, body and mind connection. You are encouraged to establish your own "edge" in each pose, find stillness, and relax your muscles. Finding the balance between ease and effort in every pose.
