Ratio Breath

Ratio Breath helps with anxiety, it’s good for calming the nervous system and it can assist with getting you to sleep. You can also use it to clear out any negative, stagnant energy to create space for new breath and new opportunities.

In this practice we try a 3 second inhale, 6 second exhale as well as a 4:8, with and without pauses between. I invite you to find your own ratio and your own breath!
