Amy Myers-Delaney
After giving yoga a chance during recovery from knee surgery, Amy soon learned that yoga was meant to be in her life. Initially, the asana limb of yoga drove her forward as she regained her strength and flexibility. Soon, the other limbs of yoga began to call to her as well, inviting her to learn more. Before she knew it, she was signing up for her first yoga teacher training and now is a CYT-500 with numerous other trainings under her belt, including Yin, Taoist Yoga, Arm Balancing, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation. The path of yoga has not only helped her physically and spiritually, but it has given her a focus that was lacking. In being able to teach yoga to others, she hopes to embolden you to create your own journey through the yogic teachings. Amy’s teachings inspire community and new possibilities in a fun and challenging practice for all levels.
“Be content with what you have; rejoice in the way things are. When you realize there is nothing lacking, the whole world belongs to you.” - Lao Tzu

Jennifer Morlock
Jenny is a RYT-500. She loves to share her passion for yoga and life with others. She has studied Kripalu, Kula, Tantra, and many styles of Vinyasa yoga. She is also a classical pianist, which was her first foray into mindfulness, meditation, and the body-mind connection. After becoming a Mom of four kids, she took up running marathons, then triathlons. Yoga brings it all together for her; body, mind, spirit, breath work, asana. Jenny’s classes are mixed level Vinyasa classes. She will challenge an athlete and provide a safe space and clear instructions for a beginner. She invites students to show up exactly as they are, and to trust that they have tremendous purpose, courage, and support within themselves. Her classes are both rigorous and restorative and are places of learning, healing, discovery, and growth.
“The highest spiritual practice is self-observation
without judgment.” -Swami Kripalu
